Once MBBS students got the admission for the exchange program at the host university, please try to get the invitation letter from the host university as soon as possible and then proceed the application for studying aboard from Tongji University School of Medicine (the attachement 1) and Tongji University (the attachement 2).

After you have gotten the two forms completed,please send the PDF version of the two forms and the PDF version of invitation letter to Ms Jenny Zhai, Email address: jzhai@tongji.edu.cn

Reminder:

(1)The applicants should start the application at least three weeks before the visiting study. Without the completed application,your visiting study will be considered as the absence for the classes at Tongji University School of Medicine.

(2)The applicants are only allowed to stay aboard according to the inclusive dates issued in the invitation letter, any extra stay is not permitted.

(3)The applicants  should buy the insurance covering your visiting study period.

(4) Once the applicants  have been back to Shanghai after the visiting study,they should register at your class teacher in School of Medicine and in the affiliated hospitals where they are rotating.

(5) Please keep in mind that whenever you are studying aboard, you are the representative of Tongji Students, and you have the responsibility to perform well and follow the Chinese and local laws and regulation , to obey the academic scheme by the host university and home university.
