Dr. Peiru Wang received M.D from Peking University. She visited University of Michigan as visiting scholar doing research on skin aging and photoaging for 2 years. She was enrolled into the Shanghai Pujiang Program, the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission's New Talent Program, the Shanghai Rising-Star Program, and the first Changning District Youth Innovative Talent Program. She won the Shanghai 3rd "Medical Tree Award" Young Clinical Medical Science and Technology Innovation Award in Shanghai. She received 8 grants, including 2 programs from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in the key research and development plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology. She Published 34 SCI papers as first author and 8 Chinese core journals. She won 1 first prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Society of Rehabilitation Medicine, 1 second prize of China Medical Science and Technology Award, 1 third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and 1 national patent.
