认知记忆的神经环路、神经可塑性机制及认知障碍性疾病:神经可塑性是脑内学习记忆在神经元之间突触层面的重要机制,而神经网络的同步性活动参与不同神经元集群的信息编码和整合,是更为宏观层面的脑认知功能的神经基础。神经可塑性的损害和网络同步性异常将导致认知记忆功能的障碍及疾病。我们的研究主要集中在神经可塑性(LTP,LTD等)调控的细胞机制、网络同步性活动(gamma, theta oscillation等)中不同种类神经元放电的pattern 和timing等在认知和认知障碍中的作用,包括运用转基因动物模型进行行为学研究,以及运用电生理,形态学,生化等方法进行机制探讨。

Mechanisms of Neuronal Circuit & Neuroplasticity in Memory and Cognitive Disorders:Neuroplasticity is one of the most important mechanisms on the synaptic level of learning and memory in the brain. Network synchronized activities are essential for binding neuronal assemblies in the brain and underlying various cognitive processes and memory. The impairment in neuroplasticity or network synchrony participates in the pathophysiology in some cognitive dysfunctions and diseases. Using transgenic animal models and investigations by behavioral analysis, electrophysiology, optogenetics, morphological and molecular biological methods, I aim to decipher the cellular and synaptic mechanisms underlying neuroplasticity (LTP, LTD) as well as firing pattern and timing of different subtypes of neurons in network activities (gamma, theta oscillation) and their involvement in memory and cognitive disorders.
