I. Positions and Research Directions

We are looking for research fellows, associate research fellows and assistant research fellows.

Our current fields of research interest are, but not limited to, stem cell, brain and spinal cord, cancer and heart development and diseases.

II. Requirements and Competitive Benefits

A. Requirements:

Research Fellow:

Candidates must possess a doctoral degree and have worked as an associate researcher or above in world-leading universities or research institutes. Candidates shall have experiences in presiding over national research programs (equivalents for overseas candidates) and have published at least 5 papers as the first authors or corresponding author on SCI-covered journals, or research papers in the world’s top academic journals. Generally, candidates shall be no older than 38 upon the first appointment.

Associate Research Fellow:

Candidates must possess a doctoral degree and have worked as a lecturer or assistant professor or above in world-leading universities or research institutes. Candidates shall have published at least 3 papers as the first author or corresponding author on SCI-covered journals (or journals in Category A if the subjects are not covered by SCI), or 1 academic paper with an impact factor over 10.0. Generally, candidates shall be no older than 38 upon the first appointment.

Assistant Research Fellow:

The candidates shall be competitive postdoctoral or doctoral graduates from world-leading universities or research institutes (in compliance with the academic requirements for assistant professors), and have published at least 2 papers as the first author or corresponding author on SCI-covered journals. Generally, candidates shall be no older than 35 upon the first appointment.

B. Benefits

1. Anticipated Yearly Salary:  

1) Research Fellow: RMB 320,000-400,000  

2) Associate Research Fellow: RMB 230,000-270,000

3) Assistant Research Fellow: RMB 150,000-180,000
